Getting started
Get sloppin'
Install the CLI, log in, and push your first slop. Then teach your agent to do it so you don't have to.
You will need
- macOS or Linux, and a terminal with curl.
- A slopbucket account. No account yet? slop login makes one in your browser: pick a subdomain and a plan, then add a card at checkout.
Install the CLI
Install
Installs slop in ~/.local/bin and teaches Claude Code the skill. If your shell can't find it, the script says what to add to your PATH. On Debian and Ubuntu another program called slop can come first, and the script tells you if it does.
Terminalcurl -fsSL https://slopbucket.io/install.sh | shSign in
Opens your browser with a one-time code. Approve it and the CLI stores its own token. The token is listed under API tokens in the dashboard, named after your computer, and you can revoke it there.
Terminalslop loginPublish some slop
Point it at any file or folder. You get a link. Nobody gets a review.
Terminalslop publish ./dist
โ https://sean.slopbucket.io/dist/ (14 files, 2.4 MB sent)
Add the agent skill
The skill tells your agent when to ship, what to ship, and who gets to see it.
Install the skill
The installer already added the skill to Claude Code. For another agent, pass --agent with claude, codex, cursor, gemini or agents. Add --project to install it in the current folder instead of your home folder.
Terminalslop skill install --agent codex
Connect a local agent
These run the MCP server on your machine through the CLI. It uses the token from slop login.
Claude Code
Adds the server to Claude Code's user config, ~/.claude.json.
Terminalslop mcp install --client claude-codeCursor
Adds the server to ~/.cursor/mcp.json.
Terminalslop mcp install --client cursorClaude Desktop
Adds the server to Claude Desktop's config. This works on macOS only.
Terminalslop mcp install --client claude-desktopAsk your agent
Restart the client, then ask:
Slop the dist folder onto slopbucket as unlisted and give me the link.
